Refund policy

Imagix Crystal Ball — Return Policy (MyImagix.com Purchases)

Applies to: Orders placed on MyImagix.com Purchases from other retailers follow that seller’s policy.

Standard returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: New or like‑new. All original packaging, inserts, accessories, and serial labels required.
  • What we do: Refund to original payment method after inspection. Allow 5–10 business days after we receive the unit.
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping except for verified defects or wrong item shipped. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

  • Defective on arrival within 30 days: we replace or refund after verification.
  • After 30 days, defects are handled under the Limited Warranty.

Non‑returnable items

  • Damaged, altered, engraved, or heavily used units.
  • Items missing the serial label or with mismatched serials.
  • Final‑sale or “as‑is” items clearly marked at checkout.

Bundles and gifts

  • Bundles must be returned as a complete set.
  • Gift returns without the original payer details receive store credit to a gift card.

Missing parts or wear

  • We may deduct the value of missing items or apply a reasonable refurbishment fee if the product shows use beyond normal evaluation.

How to start a return

  1. Go to https://myimagix.com/pages/contact-us or email support@artificial-imagery.com with order number, serial number, and reason.
  2. Obtain an RMA and a trackable label.
  3. Pack the unit securely in the retail box inside a shipping carton.
  4. Ship within 5 days of RMA issue.

Risk of loss

  • You are responsible for the product until our warehouse scans it delivered.

Abuse and fraud

  • We reserve the right to limit returns or charge restocking in cases of excessive or abusive returns.
