Our products and systems have been independently reviewed by PRIVO a leading child-privacy compliance firm, to ensure alignment with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K (children’s data protections under GDPR).

A parent or guardian must create and approve the account before child features are enabled. Parents stay in control at all times. - Minimal data by design

Imagix uses generative LLMs to make the product more magical, more responsive, and more personal, not to replace parents, collect unnecessary data, or expose children to adult technology.
The experience is carefully constrained, age-appropriate, and supervised by parents at every step.

Ellie and Ember only listen for their names when awake. Wake-word detection happens locally, no raw audio leaves the device.

We don’t store personal information like addresses or full conversations. Only safe, playful memories (like favorite color or pet’s name) are remembered to enrich gameplay. All data handling follows U.S. COPPA and E.U. GDPR-Kids regulations.
