Version 1.11 Now Available
Version 1.11 marks a major step forward for Imagix, introducing the foundation of long-form storytelling and deeper character connection. This update launches Quest Mode, a guided, story-driven experience where Ellie and Ember begin uncovering their origins and the mystery of the Enchanted Forest. Act I arrives on January 27, with new story acts planned every 4–6 weeks, allowing the adventure to unfold gradually over time.
Alongside Quest Mode, Ellie and Ember now feature new, higher-fidelity voices with greater emotional range, making conversations feel more natural, expressive, and alive. The update also adds new animations across speaking, listening, and playful moments, bringing more personality and responsiveness to every interaction.
On the intelligence side, Imagix now supports more proactive and personalized conversations, with Ellie and Ember better referencing past interactions and interests. Finally, the Companion App has been improved to provide smoother onboarding and device setup, making it easier than ever to get started.
Together, Version 1.1.1 transforms Imagix from a magical companion into a living, evolving world—one that grows through story, memory, and connection.

Quest Mode is a guided, story-driven experience where Ellie and Ember begin uncovering their origins—and the mystery of the Enchanted Forest.

How to Check Your Imagix Device Version
Imagix Portal
Open the Imagix Portal companion app. Navigate to your profile, and click the "Device Settings" button.
Software Update
The "Software Update" menu will display your current software version, and if there is a new update.
Device Update Screen
You can review new updates in the "Update Available" card. Updates push automatically to devices overnight. You may also push an update manually to your device using the app. Your device will automatically restart when finished. You do not need to keep the Imagix Portal app open when an update is taking place.

As you progress through the quest, Ellie and Ember will begin teaching you magic spells—special abilities unlocked through story milestones.
Once unlocked, spells can be activated anytime in Open Chat, creating instant moments of surprise and delight.
These spells turn progress into power—and make every Crystal Ball feel uniquely yours.
